Course outline
This course covers all the elements you need to be a successful club race officer. Topics covered include the RYA Race Management framework, meteorology, race management, equipment, course setting, wind and tide effects, starts and finishes, other scenarios, safety and handling unexpected situations. By the end of the course you will have the skills to be a confident race officer running excellent races at club level.
