Boat bits for sale - more updates

Caroline Howe has made a start on working through the boat bits Nigel assembled over a lifetime of sailing. Some of these are listed for sale at www.starcrossyc.org.uk/boat-bits-for-sale.

No prices on any of the items - they are all priced at "make me an offer". Unless specified otherwise, all items are in "well used" condition - as you might expect! If you want to have a better look at any of the items let Caroline know and that can be arranged (and clicking any photo will show a full resolution version of the photo).

Plenty of boat bits still available (those that have gone have been removed from  www.starcrossyc.org.uk/boat-bits-for-sale )

The " boat bits for sale " page that has items from Nigel Howe's extensive collection of boatie bits has been updated again.

Changes are:

a) the pricing has changed. Instead of "make me an offer" it is now "if an item is useful to you, please donate something direct to the RNL according to what the item is worth to you". No need to say how much - just donate according to how useful an item ends up being for you

b) there's a new section on boat sails with a few more pictures

c) there are some Dart 18 items that include an almost new mainsail. These are to be sold separately. Please get in contact with Caroline using the email form on the page if interested as these aren't included in the "donate something to the RNLI" pricing

d) all sold items have been removed from the page
